September 5, 2024 (City of Malolos) - In connection with the Diocesan Pastoral Assembly (DPA) to be held on October 17, 2024, the Bishop of Malolos, Dennis C. Villarojo met with those who have an important role in the administration of the annual this gathering. The meeting includes the host of the program, the designated workshop facilitators and those who make up the pastoral planning secretariat (PPS) led by Ms. Rita Cucio.
In the flow of the DPA program, the presentation of the survey results of the studies done by the Commission on Evangelization, the ONE Survey, as well as the PULSO conducted by the Diocesan Commission on Youth, will feature. The PPS will also present the results of the assessment or evaluation of the activities and programs of the commissions in the past pastoral year 2023-2024. An important part of the program will also be a workshop led by priests who will act as facilitators. The workshop groups will be made up of priests and lay people who will attend the DPA.
The Bishop emphasized that this meeting should be an opportunity to listen to everyone as part of the formulation of the pastoral plan for the Diocese of Malolos. That is why Parish Priests and lay leaders from the Pastoral Council of each parish are expected to attend and join the DPA.
