Msgr. Luciano Balagtas, P.C. or better known as "Mons Lon" celebrated the Thanksgiving Mass for his 50th anniversary of priesthood.
It was held on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Parish of Santiago Apostol in Plaridel, Bulacan, his hometown.
The Bishop Emeritus of Kalookan, Most Rev. Deogracias Iñiguez, D.D. and the Bishop of Malolos, Most Rev. Dennis C. Villarojo, D.D. There were also his family members, priest friends and served with him for 50 years.
There was a program and party in the parish hall after Mass.
