The Catholic Social Media Awards (CSMA) run by Youth Pinoy linked the Catholic Bishops’ Conference Conference of the Philippines’ (CBCP) Media Office and in collaboration with the CBCP Episcopal Commission on Social Communications and Mass Media has released its list of nominees for the upcoming CSMA 2024 to be held at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong on November 30, 2024.

MALE SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER
Two priests from the Diocese of Malolos have been nominated: Fr. Joseph Franz T. Dizon, Chairman of the Diocesan Commission on Social Communications (DCSC) and operator of the Facebook page “Sa madaling sabi” and Rev. Fr. Daniel M. Coronel, operator of the Facebook page “Hold on, Pain ends in the Lord”.

DIOCESAN WEBSITE EXCELLENCE AWARD
The Diocese of Malolos’ website, which has won two consecutive wins in the CSMA, has been nominated once more for the awards Diocesan Website Excellence Award. This showcases the DCSC’s commitment to upholding its diocesan website.

DIOCESAN SOCIAL MEDIA EXCELLENCE AWARD
For this year, it is a joy that the Diocese of Malolos is also nominated for the Diocesan Social Media Excellence Award with its official Facebook page, The Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos – Ang Sandigan having more content creation and new updates in the recent months.

NATIONAL SHRINE DIGITAL OUTREACH AWARD
The nomination for the award for Shrine Facebook pages has been given to two shrines in the Diocese: the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, one of the four national shrines in the Diocese based in Marilao, Bulacan and the Diocesan Shrine of St. Augustine in Baliwag City.
