Parishes in the Diocese continue to respond to the needs of the victims 26 July 2024 - Even though typhoon Carina has completely left the country and the heavy rains have stopped, many households are still submerged in floods. Therefore, the parishes under the Diocese of Malolos continued to provide assistance to our fellow citizens in need.
In Lolomboy, Bocaue, the Nuestro Señor Jesucristo Parish - Diocesan Shrine of St. opened a "charging station". Andrew Kim Tae-gon. Although the parish also had no electricity, it used the generator to help people with their communication needs.
In the Parish of San Isidro Labrador, Bambang, Bulakan, Bulacan, approximately 800 people received food and relief packs from their Commission on Social Action. Aid has reached the Barangays of Taliptip, Perez and Bambang.
On the other hand, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish - Barasoain Church, in the City of Malolos, extended relief goods to Barangay Anilao. It is expected that assistance will continue to be extended to the remaining barangays under the jurisdiction of the Parish in the coming days.
