Fr. Reynaldo V. Rivera, TOCarm is a native of Malolos, Bulacan. From St. Augustine Major Seminary - Tagaytay City. He was also previously assigned to the Bikarya of Hagonoy in the National Shrine and Parish of Sta. Ana and the Parish of San Jose (Calumpit).
