The National Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Fatima, the forefront of the EDSA People Power Revolution 1986, will return to the EDSA Shrine (Shrine of Mary, Queen of Peace) in Ortigas on February 21, 2024, Wednesday, in preparation for the Canonical Coronation of the statue.
The arrival of the image is at 5:00 p.m. to be followed by the Eucharistic Celebration at 6:00 p.m. which will be presided by His Eminence Jose F. Cardinal Advincula, D.D., Archbishop of Manila. An overnight vigil will be held from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Afterwards, the image will return to the National Shrine for the Triduum Masses.
Together with the EDSA Shrine community, we are inviting everyone to be part of these activities to offer moments of prayer before the image of Our Lady, whom we are grateful for her maternal protection and whose constant intercession we implore for peace in the country and the whole world.
