Most Rev. Dennis C. Villarojo, Bishop of Malolos installed Rev. Fr. Renato B. Brion, Jr. as the 20th Parish Priest of San Miguel Archangel Parish in Dampol, Plaridel, Bulacan.
Fr. Renato Brion, Jr., who is currently the Chancellor of the Diocese of Malolos, previously served as the Parish Vicar of the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of San Isidro Labrador in Pulilan before he was appointed as the Parish Priest of the Parish of San Miguel Archangel in Dampol. He succeeded Rdo. Mgr. Luciano C. Balagtas, PC, who served as Parish Priest since February 1, 2021.
The Bishop paid attention to the importance of Holy Tradition and its meaning in the faith of God's people by installing the new Parish Priest. According to him, the meaning of the ceremony is not only about the priest who is installed, but also for the entire people who are part of the wider church that appoints the priest as the administrator of the people of God.
