Balitang Sandigan: BULACAN PRIEST LEADS ANNUAL DMI RETREAT IN TAGAYTAY CITY (11.24.24)

More than 200 members of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate International (DMII) from the Diocese of Malolos attended the two-day retreat held last November 16-17 at Angels Hill's Retreat House, Tagaytay City. It was led by Msgr. Alberto R. Suatengco, Rector and Parish Priest of La Purisima Concepcion Basilica, Santa Maria, Bulacan.

On the first day, Father Joel M. Villanueva served as the speaker and shared an interview with the topic "Reflections on Mary: Servanthood and Ministry of Service." Meanwhile, on the second day, he discussed "Advent and Christmas Reflections," which provided a deep reflection for the upcoming Christmas season.

By evening, led by Msgr. Suatengco is the celebration of the Holy Mass followed by the Holy Hour. In his reflection, Father Joel emphasized the importance of forgiveness despite the heart not being ready yet.
According to him, "Forgiveness is an important step towards true peace and harmony."
