Under the leadership of the Diocesan Commission on Evangelization, the Onwards to New Evangelization Conference or ONECon 2024 was held on September 21, 2024 with the theme "Participating and Sharing" with Dr. Yanga's Colleges, Inc., Bocaue, Bulacan.
Father Emmanuel Cruz, rector of the Immaculate Conception Major Seminary, gave an interview here about participating in the itinerant or synodal Church. This was followed by the presentation of a message by Bro. Arun Gogna, about God's love through our goodness.
The program was started on the installation of the Holy Scriptures for deepening the word of God and there were also breakout sessions led by Father Benito Justiniano, Chairman of the Commission on Evangelization of the Diocese of Malolos, Father Kirth Stephen Buluran, Father Ritz Darwin Resuello, Bro. Michael Yanga, and Bro. Obet Cabrillas.
This is the second year that ONECon was held by the Diocesan Commission on Evangelization, which aims to strengthen the faith, unity, participation, and service of active and less active members of the Church. It was attended by members of the commission from different parishes under the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Malolos.
