Led by the Bishop of Malolos, Dennis C, Villarojo, the representatives of the Commissions and Pastoral Planning Secretariat met this August 15, 2024. In the meeting, the program and preparations for the Diocesan Pastoral Assembly for the current year began to be outlined.
This is the third year that the Pastoral Assembly will be held in the Diocese of Malolos. Parish Priests and representatives of lay leaders in the Parishes are expected to attend. The purpose of this gathering is to formulate programs for the Diocese related to the theme of the year as determined by the Church. The theme of the last two years is related to the goal towards the Synodal Church: the bond and sharing. So it is expected that the theme this year has to do with missions and the theme of the Jubilee Year 2025 is ”Pilgrims of Hope.”
