The Enthronement of the Image of La Niña Maria de Santa Isabel was held on August 30th, signaling the beginning of the novena for the Feast of the Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary. There was a procession and "down" followed by a Concelebrated Mass led by Bishop Dennis Villarojo.
In his Homily, the Bishop said that silence does not mean being indifferent but deeply feeling the pain experienced. "The Blessed Virgin stood under the Cross, and her last word was Silence, because she felt pain and sorrow." In the position of the Blessed Virgin, she silenced the pain experienced and seen and did not do anything to add to the pain.
