The pilgrim image of Nuestra Señora de Lourdes of the Archconfraternity of Our Lady of Lourdes Philippines of Quezon City visited the Parish of the Ascension of Jesus Christ in Pulilan, Bulacan on Thursday October 10, 2024.
The young people greeted the image with the carriage of Santa Bernadette. Father Roman Caleon presided over the Rite of Reception followed by Holy Mass at 5:45 pm. It was attended by members of the Cofradia de Nuestra Senora de Lourdes.
According to Father Roman's homily, "To the travelers, that journey is where the dear mother shares her motherly blessing. Lourdes is a sign of compassion and healing. God's mercy and healing for all who are sick”.
The image of the Blessed Virgin of Lourdes remained until October 14, 2024. Nuestra Señora de Lourdes, pray for us.
